• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• During festivals, promotions, or unexpected weather conditions, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. Pritambara cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Returns & Refunds

We take great care in maintaining the quality and safety of our products. Due to the nature of food and wellness items, returns are accepted only in specific cases.

You may request a return or replacement if:

• You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
• Your order is missing an item.
• The product arrives in an unusable condition.

To request support, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for review. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
